The film is about
people who found shelter in blue cabins by the walls of St. Elisabeth Convent.
Their life consisted of alcohol and drug addiction, jail. It seemed that there
is no way to go, to tear away from this horrible vicious circle. Family,
friends, jobs were all lost. Each one had his own life story, but all of them
have in common the day and hour when they decided to go to church and when they
were eventually given help. Gradually, thanks to sisters’ care and priest’s
assistance they become eager to work not only in the workshops, buildings and
in the fields, but first and foremost to deal with their souls, to find their
way to God. This way is not easy for each of the brothers, but they are trying
to make their first steps, stumbling, falling down, rising up – and find hope
again.
